On 19 January 2017, from 15:00 to 16:00, the end of intramural round and rewarding of winners and participants of the internet-contest was held among students of Karaganda and Karaganda region schools in the auditorium of the main building of the University. The Internet-Olympiad was held in two languages on 8 different subjects of the school course, namely:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Geography
- History of Kazakhstan
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Russian language
- Kazakh language
All participants of the contest were awarded with certificates, winners with diplomas and valuable prizes.
After the ceremony, there was a small concert program prepared by participants of the creative groups of KSTU.
