Кropachev Pyotr Alexandrovich – Candidate of Technical Science (2007), Member of the Kazakhstan geotechnical association.
He graduated from the civil engineering department of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. He began working as an assistant of the chair of reinforced concrete structures of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (now KSTU), worked as a senior teacher, an associate professor, head of the chair of technology and organization of civil engineering, dean of the civil engineering faculty of KSTU. Since July 2011 P.A. Kropachev has been working as KSTU rector’s adviser.
The results of P.A. Kropachev’s scientific-and-pedagogical activities are shown in 75 scientific and teaching-and-methodic implementations including 4 acting republican normative documents in construction and 2 state educational standards.
He contributed greatly in the development and successful activity of the Kazakhstan multi-profile institute of reconstruction and development.
P.A. Kropachev has been conferred a breastplate ‘For services in developing the Republic of Kazakhstan science” (2009), Honorary diplomas of the Republic of Kazakhstan Minister of Education and Science (2003, 2007).
