The Committee of Science conducts preparatory work on announcing a competition for scientific research on grant and program-target financing for 2018-2020. At present, the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on approval of 7 new priorities for the development of science is being negotiated with the interested state bodies, after its adoption a tender will be announced.
When preparing an application for participation in a tender for grant funding for scientific and scientific and technical projects and programs, you can focus on the form given in Appendix 2 of the Rules of Organization and Conducting State Scientific and Technical Expertise (Government Decree No. 891 of August 1, 2011) .
The final application form will be submitted in the tender documentation, which will be developed in accordance with the Rules for basic, grant, program-targeted financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities (Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2011 No. 575) (hereinafter – the Financing Rules) . The tender documentation will be approved after the adoption of 7 new priorities for the development of science, as well as the approval by the National Scientific Councils of specialized scientific areas (priorities) within the specified priorities.
At the same time, we inform you that the types of expenditures for grant financing are given in paragraph 25 of the Financing Rules, for program-targeted financing – in paragraph 53 of the said Rules.
