On the educational work of the department
The Department implements developed at the University of the unique model of patriotic education as an example of the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. With the active participation of students held curatorial watch on schedule. According to the monitoring of the quality of master classes and curatorial hours, it was noted that in our department all curators conducted a curatorial hour and a master class at a high level, high attendance (100%) of curatorial hours of students.
These master classes were held online on the Microsoft Teams platform and there are no comments on the master class.

Students’ compliance with internal regulations, Rules of residence in the dormitory, sanitary and epidemiological regime, etc. (the presence of violations and measures taken). During the specified period, the students of the faculty did not violate the Rules of internal regulations, Rules of residence in the dormitory, sanitary and epidemiological regime, etc.
- Measures to create social and living conditions for students living in dormitories (the number of students living in dormitories, the presence of problems, measures taken, results). The number of students living in the hostel is 8. There are no problems.
- Conducting meetings with curators on issues of educational activity (issues considered at meetings, the coverage of curators, decisions taken, the result). On April 8, 2022, in the Assembly Hall of the main building, a meeting was held with employees of the Department for combating Drug Trafficking with groups E-21-2 (19 people) and UiA-21-2 (13 people).
- Involvement of students in student organizations, clubs, clubs, sections, volunteer activities (the number of students involved in YA “Zhas Orda”, YCS “Akniyet”, YM “Zhangyru Zholy”, Councils, creative, scientific circles, sports sections, military, patriotic, debate clubs). - Conducting individual work with students’ parents, promptly informing students about the state of academic and extracurricular issues (with whom they had a conversation, the format of communication, for what reason, the result). After the results of the 1st, 2nd midterm control were posted, work was carried out with lagging students and their parents via mobile communications and WhatsApp.
- Definition of a “risk group” from among students exposed to “bullying”, “columbine” (student’s full name, group, supervisor, “victim” or “abuser”, level of aggressiveness, social portrait, reason for bullying, measures taken, result)
There were no cases when students were subjected to “bullying”, “columbine”.
- Monitoring of the level of religiosity of students of the department (full name of a student who has external and behavioral signs of religious affiliation, what religion he professes, whether he visits places of worship, observes religious rituals, social portrait). All supervised groups have a favorable, friendly atmosphere. All students are distinguished by secular, tolerant views and attitudes towards each other. There are no students preaching any religious affiliation, showing aggression towards others in the group.
