May 2, 2019 in the Palace of Culture “Zhastar Alem” at 15.00. the event “In Stone and Heart”, dedicated to May 9 – Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, organized by the Department of Russian Language and Speech Culture will be held. Objectives of the event:
