Department of mining machinery and equipment (former name of the department – “Mining machines and mining trucks ” and ” Mining machines and systems “) is one of the oldest in the Karaganda State Technical University . It was founded in 1957. The first head of the department was the rector of Hero of Socialist Labor , academician of NAS RK , professor, doctor of technical sciences Saginaw Abylkas Saginovich and the department consisted of the following employees: professors Khrustalyov IK (1955-1957) , Epstein AM (1956-1957) , senior teachers Kichigin AF, Daubert VY (1957-1965) ; assistants Belenky DM (1956-1959) , Kazak YN (1957-1962) , VP Kudryashov (1955-1959) , Richter PA, Saltanov AD (1956-1974) , teachers – pluralists Abramovich IA, Tyrin NV, Ivanchina A. Brenner, VA, Vasiliev MP In 1958, the department began to be produced and hosted the first intake of students in the specialty ” Mining machines and systems .” Kichigin department was headed by Anatoly F. , Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician now the New York Academy of Sciences , a professor at Kiev University of Technology , who has worked as a chief from 1958 to 1971 . Kichigin AF (born in 1923 in Kursk ) party WWII , graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute ( IGI) in 1952 and was a post-graduate in the department of mining machines . On completing his studies in 1956 , he was sent to work in Karaganda Mining Institute , where he worked until 1971 as a senior lecturer ( 1956-1958). , Associate professor ( 1958-1969 gg.) , A professor from 1969 From 1959 to 1960 . was dean of the Faculty of Mining and electromechanical , from 1960 to 1961 – Deputy Director for Academic Affairs , from 1961 to 1971 – Vice-rector for scientific work KarPTI . Ph.D. thesis Kichigin AF defended in 1958 at the Moscow Mining Institute, and a doctorate – in 1968 in Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute. Kichigin AF published more than 300 scientific publications , including 5 monographs , and received more than 250 copyright certificates on inventions . He has trained 25 doctors and candidates of sciences. The main task of the department in the first period of the study was the identification and uniting young professionals and enthusiasts , mainly from among the graduates of the department , as well as other departments and other universities KarPTI countries already engaged in scientific work to students. Further, many of them have become scholars and teachers (professors Klimov YI, Eshutkin DN Ushakov LS, Alexander Pavlov , Cherkashin YA , docents Neroznikov YI , Factory SE . F. Mitusov AA , etc.). Klimov YI, a student 3rd year and is actively engaged in the scientific circles of the department , together with the heads of the Institute Saginova AS and AF Kichigin participated in the First All-Union Congress workers in higher education , which was held in Moscow in 1961. Kichigin AF research areas identified in the research and development of fundamentally new mining techniques using : cutting- vouchers executive bodies tunneling machines using diamond cutting tools , hydraulic hammers working bodies for tunneling machines , plows , butoboev , hammers and drill machines rotary- percussive , muck machines inclined mine workings. All these works were carried out on commercial agreements with companies Karaganda region and many cities of the Soviet Union. The participants were experts Karaganda Coal Research Institute ( KNIUI ) , Karaganda Design Institute of Coal Machinery ( Giprouglegormash ) , combines “Karagandaugol ” and ” Karagandashahtostroy ” factories ” KarGorMach ” RGSHO and others close relationship and the joint work of the department conducted with institutions TsNIIPodzemmash , IGD them . A.A.Skochinskogo , VNIIALMAZ , PROMNIIProekt (Moscow ) Gipronikel , MEKHANOBR (Leningrad) , the Estonian branch of the IHD them . A.A.Skochinskogo ( Tallinn ) , P / O ” Uralkvartssamotsvety ” ( Sverdlovsk) , Malyshevskoe Rudoupravlenie ( Asbestos ) , the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (Navoi) , Kabardino- Balkaria by the diamond tool ( Terek ) and many others. In production were introduced and experimental prototypes of new mining equipment for mechanization of sinking and cleaning works. Quantitative composition of the department reached 120 people , 100 of them were engaged directly in the implementation of research work as research assistants . Research directors and responsible executives contractual works were teachers of the department . Development of new research directions led to the creation in the department of research laboratories and promote inventive activity. In particular, experimental laboratories ” Scientific foundations hydropneumatic pulse systems for mining and destruction of permafrost ,” laboratory ” Integrated Mechanization of preparatory work in the construction of mines ,” laboratory ” of new methods and development of coal seams in the complex environment “, etc. Over the years, its employees , the department received more than 500 patents for inventions. This, in turn, gave rise to the rapid development of inventive activity in all departments of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. Kichigina AF as head of the department was succeeded by his pupil , corresponding member of NAS RK, professor, doctor of technical sciences LAZUTKIN Alexander Grigoryevich (1971-1992 gg.) .
He then from 1971 to 1988 was vice-rector for scientific work , and from 1988 to 1994 he was rector of Karaganda Polytechnic Institute . Currently Lazutkin AG a professor Vladimir Murom Institute Technical University ( Russia ) . Lazutkin AG (born in 1935 in Penza region ) in 1958, graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute “Mining machines” and was sent to Karaganda NKMZ the factory where he was promoted from foreman to superintendent. In 1962 he transferred to KarPTI assistant chair of mining machines and mining transport. From 1963 to 1966 . studied at the postgraduate and after its completion he held the position of senior lecturer, associate professor and chair . PhD thesis defended in 1967 in Karaganda Polytechnic Institute , and a doctorate – in the Moscow Mining Institute in 1980 In 1989, Lazutkin AG elected member – correspondent of NAS RK . He has published 250 publications, including 4 monographs and 5 textbooks , and received about 80 inventor’s certificates . Produced 12 candidates of technical sciences . Successor Lazutkina AG as head of the department was (1992 to 1994 ). Kichigina AF another student , professor, doctor of technical sciences Leonid S. Ushakov , head of the department now works Orlovsky Technical University ( Russia ) . Ushakov LS (born in 1937 in China) , in 1964 he graduated from KarPTI specialty ” Mining machines and systems .” From 1965 to 1968 . studied at the postgraduate , after which he held the position of assistant , associate professor ( 1971) and professor ( 1990 ) of the department . From 1980 to 1983 . served as dean of the EMF . PhD thesis defended in 1969 in Karaganda Polytechnic Institute , and a doctorate – in the Moscow Mining Institute in 1989 Ushakov LS published more than 150 publications , including monographs and two textbooks , obtained 45 invention certificates . For research projects awarded medals ENEA USSR. Prepared 7 candidates of technical sciences . From 1994 to 2008 the department of mining machinery and equipment headed by Academician IAIN RK, corresponding member of the JNA RK , professor, Doctor of Engineering
Sciences Yuriy Klimov , who is also a disciple Kichigina AF Klimov YI (born in 1941 in Karaganda region ) in 1958 , he enrolled at the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute , from which he graduated in 1963 , specialty ” Mining machines and systems .” Upon graduation he was on the department of mining machines and systems as an assistant . From 1965 to 1968 he studied at the postgraduate KarPTI . From February to December 1968 passed scientific training in France at the Paris National Superior School of Mines . On completing his studies he worked as an assistant, associate professor ( 1970 ) and professor ( 1994 ) of the department . PhD thesis defended in 1969 in Karaganda Polytechnic Institute , and a doctorate – in the Moscow Mining Institute in 1993 In 1995 he was elected a corresponding member of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( RK AEN ) , and in 1997 – Academician of the International Academy informatization of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( RK IAIN ) . Klimov YI published more than 150 publications , including monographs and textbooks , and received 71 invention certificates . Participated in international conferences and symposia in countries near and far abroad , such as Russia , Ukraine , Poland, Canada , Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy , Germany , USA. For scientific research in the development and creation of new mining machinery awarded two silver and one bronze medals ENEA USSR. Prepared 6 candidates of technical sciences . Since 1994 , the department led by Professor Yu Klimov took up the development and implementation of the learning process when the students of the course and diploma projects and on research of new computer technologies , including the modeling of technical objects and processes of their operation using modern software packages. From 2008 to 2010 the department of mining machinery and equipment led by Professor , Doctor of Technical Sciences Kuanyshbayev Zhaken Myngyrbaevich .
He graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute majoring in ” Machinery and equipment foundry .” After graduation he worked as an intern researcher , in 1974 he entered graduate school of the Department ” Industrial vehicles .”
In 1984 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
In 2001 he defended his doctoral thesis in KazNTU . KI Satpayev .
Within the walls of Karaganda State Technical University was promoted from assistant to professor .
Author of more than 150 scientific and educational works , including 6 copyright certificates and patents, textbooks, teaching aids 4 , 8 electronic textbooks . He was awarded the MES RK. Included in the encyclopedia Karaganda region.
Under the leadership of JM Kuanyshbayev 6 were prepared electronic textbooks , one of them in the official language . 2 guidance in the Kazakh language , two scholars benefits.
Since 2010 and until now head of the department of mining machinery and equipment is an assistant professor , Ph.D. Malybaev Nurlan Sakenovich .
March 3, 2006 Ph.D. in Karaganda State Technical University for the degree of candidate of technical sciences , specialty 05.05.06 – mining machines on “Improving technical level of apron feeders .” April 23, 2010 decision of the Monitoring Committee in Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded the academic title of associate professor , ” Transport, mountain and building mechanical engineering .”
