On November 16, 2017, Career Center of KSTU organized a meeting of students and undergraduates enrolled in the faculties of MF, MF, MPF, ACF, FIEM, FEAT and TRF of Karaganda state technical university with representatives of the company “Efes Karaganda”. The theme of the event: “Build your career with us!”.
The company – the potential employer the event was moderated by experts in the talent management of the aforementioned company: Madina Sergazina and Rinnata Mussina. After reviewing a short video and presentation, the audience students were able to familiarize with the basic objectives, principles and strategy of the company. Also they were presented a list of so-called “benefits” that make up the social package of employees of the company.
This meeting is one of the stages of the strategic policy of our University designed to attract talented students and future graduates of the University to participate in various programs and internships, and assist with subsequent employment of graduates in leading industrial and commercial companies of the city and the region.
