4 June 2017, on the area of the main building of Karaganda State Technical University, students met members of innovation eco-race “Energy of future”. The autocaravan started from Bishkek on 31 May 2017. The route passes through Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia.
The organizers of eco-race are the International Secretariat of G-Global and Coalition for green economy and G-Global development.
Opening the solemn part, Deputy Governor of the region Zhandos Abishev said: “I’m happy that here, near Karaganda Technical University, the Alma mater of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan we can welcome all participants and guests of eco-race. The development of clean energy, healthy lifestyle and patriotic education is an integral part of our society. Together we all make a great work. EXPO exhibition, our country hosts this year will be the strongest impetus for the development of new ideas and economic competitiveness of our science in the world. And the main task of the run is demonstration of our achievements in the field of modern green technologies. I sincerely wish the participants a successful conclusion. Good luck!”.
The participants in the course of the run will acquaint the population of cities of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries with such inventions in the field of green technology: Zh.Muzbaev’s generator, A.Petrov’s innovative furnace and A.Syzdykov’s high-efficiency coal boilers, A.Borisenko’s air cleaner, D. Baiseitov’s solar collectors KUNTECH, Kh.Baishagirov’s wind turbine, M.Zhakypov’s wind turbine STEEP ENERGY NT, A. Mehtiyev’s steam heater and fluid heater and other prominent innovations.
Our students loved the model of the new motorbike of the participant from Kyrgyzstan, the official partner of the eco-rally, inventor and entrepreneur Sultanbek Makhmudov. The inventor – doctor by profession Sultanbek told the students how he came up with the idea and passed the process of assembling the know-how. Particular interest to future engineers caused the unusual refrigeration installation and development, created by local inventors and already implemented in production.
On 6 June, the participants will visit youth summer camp EXPO in the village of Arnasay, after which the route will continue on the territory of Russia. ECO RACE “Green innovation” will finish in Yerevan.
