Тhe department “Тransport equipment and logistics system”

The department of “Transport equipment and logistics systems” was established in 2014 by unification of two departments “Automobile transport” and “Construction and road machines”.

Since 2004, the department trains bachelors, masters and doctoral students in the specialties 5В071300, 6М071300, 6D071300 “Transport, transport equipment and technologies” and 5В090100, 6М090100 “Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport.”

In 2015 was opened at the department the specialty 5В090900 “Logistics (Transport)”.

Тhe history of the department “Automobile transport

The department was organized in 1965. The first head of department was appointed an experienced industrialist Vladimir Y. Lee, who worked previously the chief of the association “Karaganda coal”. The department consisted of following teachers: Moskovchenko M.J., Chernoknizhny A.I., Filippov V.V., Dultsev V.S. and Solemidze R.Z., educational master Wolfe V.A. and senior preparator Mihneva L.E. The first release of 21 mechanical engineers of automobile transport took place in 1966. In 1970 – the first graduation of 71 specialists, trained by correspondence; in 1984 – the first release of 9 experts who studied at evening form; 2001 – the first graduation of 24 engineers in “Traffic”.

Since 2004 the department began preparation of bachelors and masters of specialty 5B071300 “Transport, transport equipment and technology” and 5B090100 “Organization of transport, traffic and transport exploitation”.

Тhe history of the department “Construction and road machines

The department of construction and road machines was organized in July 1968. Since 1968 the department has trained engineers in the following specialties: “Lifting, transportation, construction, road machinery and equipment”, “Mechanization, mechanical equipment and construction automation”. In 1968 there were 7 teachers in the department: P.A. Loboda, M.S. Ovcharov, V.K. Pakstas, A.F. Shmalts, E.I. Safankov, A.A. Moskofidi, one candidate of technical sciences (head of the department IA Yantsen). In the 70 years came to the department of V.V. Kharchenko, V.P. Litovka, I.P. Resin, Zh.A. Aliev. In different years at the department worked: Dr.tech. sciences. Yu.M. Smirnov – Head of the Department of Physics of our University, Cand.Tech.Sci. A.P. Kulyabin, G.S. Aubakirov, K.M. Rakhimbekov, M.A. Belyaev, V.N. Shchelkonogov, N.V. Korobeinikov, I.I. Tsarev, A.D. Talibekov, S.L. Japaridze, E.Z. Abuov, E.Kh. Elshibekov, V.N. Kucherenko, A.A. Koshelev.  Since 2004 the department began preparation of bachelors,  masters and Ph.D of specialty 5B071300 “Transport, transport equipment and technology”.

HEADS OF DEPARTMENT OF AT

Li Vladimir – from 1965 to 1976.

Lee Vladimir Yakovlevich headed the department of “TT and LS” from 1965 to 1976 and was dean of Automotive, then transport and road faculty. Catching the organizational, methodological and educational work of Lee V. Y. in 1972 at the Moscow Auto Road Institute (MARI) successfully defended his dissertation. During these years, we have developed evening and correspondence forms of training motorists. The annual set of the first course in the 70s on a full-time study was 100, evening and correspondence –  50 students for both forms of study. The staff of the department has grown to 21 full-time teachers. The best graduates of those years were directed to the target graduate school on the basis of Moscow universities and, after returning to training institutions involved in research and teaching activities.

Gradually, the number of students enrolled at the Polytechnic Institute increases and contributed to the start of construction, and then development is now the first and Educational Laboratory Building Institute, which is located in the transport and road faculty and department of motor vehicles. At various times, worked as a teacher at the Department of R.Z. Yambulatov, P.V. Ermolenko, A.N. Berdnikov, S.P. Belokon, A.A. Zhilkin, V.D. Ohio, M.A. Zhakupov, S.P. Eryshev, A.G. Nurpeisov, O.V. Mark Yevtyukhin, researchers D.K. Sultanov, G.H. Kuderin, V.S. Tkachenko, V.T. De, K.I. Sekerbaev, M.T. Smailov, A. Chuvashin, O.T. Zhumagulov, T.E. Zhupenov. Aubekerov Nariman – from 1976 to 1987.

From 1976 to 1987 the department of “TT and LS” was headed by Associate Professor, Ph.D. Aubekerov Aubekerovich Nariman, who, after graduating in 1971 and postgraduate dissertation defense in MARI was sent to teach at KSTU. During these years department has received considerable development laboratory material and technical base : organized by the main laboratory of the department, equipped with full-size stands for testing of engines, electrical control devices; repair of motor vehicles, in the technical operation of vehicles laboratory production line then the car have been placed, diagnostic station, a laboratory for running tests of automobiles, teaching positions with the necessary units, units and models of mechanisms and systems of cars. Basic laboratory equipped with the technical means of education.

Now, Professor, Ph.D. Aubekerov N.A., after working as the head of the Department of Road Transport in the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications in the city of Almaty, continues teaching and research activities at the department at KSTU.

Intykov Tokmirza – from 1987 to 1991.

From 1987 to 1991 the department of “TT and LS” supervised a graduate of the same department, docent Intykov Tokmirza Smagulovich, who graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute majoring in “Automobile transport” in 1967. Works in KSTU since 1968. After the target post-graduate and successfully defending his doctoral dissertation at the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute in 1974, for a long time he worked as the dean of correspondence, preparation, transport and road faculties, managed chair “Automobile transport”. From 1994 to 1999 he worked in the Karaganda higher school KNB, retired lieutenant colonel. Since February 2000, he worked as a lecturer, and since 2008 professor of the department “TT and LS”.

Conducts employment on three disciplines: “Traffic”, “Security of vehicles”, “Road transport psychology.” Author of 40 articles, two manuals, a co-author of the electronic textbook.

Executive Director of the “Association of KSTU graduates and teachers’ Social Fund. Spends a lot of work to establish ties with alumni.

He was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR, shall be entered in the Hall of Fame of Karaganda and Karaganda region, has four thanks Ministry of Higher Education of the Kazakh SSR, was awarded the medal “For excellent successes in work” in the field of higher education of the USSR, the Jubilee badge “50 years KSTU” medal “Eren enbegі ushіn”, honored worker of KSTU.

Aliev Zhenis – from 1991 to 2008.

Aliev Zhenis Akkozhanovich who after the termination of the Moscow institute of engineers of transport has begun work in KSTU since 1967 the assistant. In 1968 has arrived in internal postgraduate study of the Karaganda polytechnical institute after which termination in 1971 has protected the master’s dissertation. Since 1971 on the present consistently worked as the assistant, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer, the professor and managing chair. In 1976-1984 and 1987-1997 he was selected and worked as the dean of transport -road faculty of university. Since 1991 to 2008  managed at department of “TT and LS”. In 2001 the academic rank of professor KSTU is appropriated.

During his work in KSTU actively involved in the educational, scientific and social work. Constantly involved in all activities of the university, faculty. He has published 92 scientific and educational works, including 9 inventor’s certificates. Developer and co-author of the state compulsory standards (SES) for specialties “Automobiles and automobile economy” 1995, 2000, 2002, bachelor degree on specialties “Transport, transport equipment and technology” and “Organization of transport, traffic and transport operation”, 2006, and state compulsory standards of 2006 graduate at these specialties, 4 model curricula of disciplines approved by the MES. He was a member of the Republican educational-methodical Council for special transport.

He has published more than 60 scientific papers, published 6 textbooks, many other educational materials, had 9 copyright certificates and one patent.

Ibatov Marat – from 2008 to 2011.

Since 2008 the department managed by professor Ibatov Marat Kenesovich who  has ended the Moscow auto-road institute in 1983 with distinction and has been directed for work to the Karaganda polytechnic institute where worked as a senior engineer, the younger research assistant. In 1987-1990 was trained in target postgraduate study Moscow auto-road institute. In 1991, at the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. Since 1991, he worked in KPTI (later KSTU) as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor of “Car Transport”. In 1995-1997  Acting chairman of the trade union of teachers and employees of KSTU. In 1997-2007  he was the dean of the transport and road faculty. In 2007-2008, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs. From 01.11.2008 to 10.07.2011 r worked as head of the department of “TT and LS”. In 2007-2008 worked as the pro-rector on study.

Ibatov M. К. had published more than 120 scientifically-methodical works, including 1 monography, 6 manuals. In 2003 he has successfully defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of a doctor of technical sciences. In 2005 the academic status of the professor on a specialty “Transport” is appropriated.

In 2005  Ibatov Maratu Kenesovich was appropriated by the rank   “Honoured worker KSTU” for merits before university, in 2006 for special merits in sphere of education of Republic of Кazakhstan. He has been awarded by a breastplate «Honourable educator RК», and in 2008 by a medal «10 years of Astana».

From 2012 to 2016 – Rector of Karaganda State Industrial University.

From 2016 – to the present – rector of Karaganda Technical University.

 

Kabikenov Sapar – from 2012 to the present

In  1976 was graduated with distinction from the Karaganda polytechnic institute on a specialty “Automobile transport”, qualification – the mechanical engineer of automobile transport Since 1976 to 1978 worked as a master mechanic of the Head motor deport of auto-association of trust “Kazmedstroy”. Since 1978 to 1980 worked as the assistant at the department of “Automobile transport”  Zhezkazgan branch of KSTU. Since 1980 the trainee-researcher, and then the post-graduate student of internal postgraduate study on chair «Automobile transport exploitation» Moscow auto-road institute (МАRI). In 1987 has defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of a Candidate of techical sciences in МАRI (Moscow). From 1884 to 1989 he worked as  lecturer at the department of “Automobile Transport” Zhezkazgan branch KPTI. Since 1989 worked as an assistant, senior lecturer and assistant professor of “Automobile Transport” in KPTI. In 1989 he was awarded an honorary associate professor “Automobile transport”. Head of the Department “TT and LS» from September of  2012-2013 academic year.

HEADS OF DEPARTMENT OF CRM

Yanczen Ivan – from 1968 to 1997.

The first head of the department was the graduate of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute I. Yantsen, a prominent scientist in the field of creating hydraulic impulse systems for construction and road machines, who worked in this position until 1997, professor, academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the RK, laureate of the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR, From 1989 to 2001 he was the pro-rector on scientific work of KSTU.

 

Muldagaliev Zora – from 1997 to 2011. 

Muldagaliyev Zora in 1967 graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, specializing in “Construction and road machinery and equipment”.

He worked at the department since 1968. From 1992 to 1994, the pro-rector for academic work, from 1986 to 1989 he worked as chairman of the trade union committee of teachers and employees, from 1989 to 1991 as the secretary of the party committee of the institute. In the period from 1997 to July 2011, he served as the head of the department.

 

Gruzin Vladimir – from 2011 to 2013.

Georgy Vladimir graduated from the Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Polytechnic Institute in 1978, specializing in “Construction and road machinery.” Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department “Computer Science and Software” of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullin. at various times he worked as the head of the department of scientific research work, pro-rector on scientific work of Karaganda University of Business, Management and Law; Head of the Department of Information Systems, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Karaganda Branch of the University. D.A. Kunaev; the head of the department, the pro-rector on scientific work of Karaganda Institute of Actual Education “Bolashak”; Head of the department Construction and road machines of Karaganda State Technical University.

Togizbaeva Baglan – from 2013 to 2014. 

Togizbaeva Baglan graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute in 1988, from 1990 to 1992 worked as a research fellow at the research laboratory of the Zhezkazgan branch of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. In 2002 she successfully defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences, in 2010 – Doctor of Technical Sciences majoring in Mining Machines. In 2007, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty “Transport”.

Togizbaeva B.B. is the author of more than 70 scientific and educational works, including 2 monographs, more than 55 scientific publications, 12 teaching aids in Kazakh and Russian languages ​​on read disciplines.

She is the holder of the title of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Best Teacher of the University” – 2006, 2012, in 2008-2010. was the owner of the State Scientific Scholarship of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
