Led by head. CFR. Ospanova B. R. teachers of the Department Raik: art. M. p. N. Kasenova A., V. prep. Azimbaeva J. A., an SSR IFZ. Kabanova A. B. took part in the VIII annual Eurasian forum of leaders of higher education 2019, which was held on June 6-7, 2019 at Nazarbayev University.
Within the framework of the forum, a number of interesting sessions were held on the theme “Graduates ready for the future”, such as:
- Challenge for Universities: a changing labour market;
- Global imperatives and their relevance in the local context;
- Declaration of the values of higher education: future leaders;
- Universities ready for the future;
- Lifelong learning: never stop asking;
- Formation of industrial-academic ecosystem

Speakers during the panel discussion discussed the ability of higher education institutions to prepare students for the changing nature of the labor market, as well as the opportunity to develop the potential of future leaders and responsible citizens.
Today educational institutions are challenged to maximize the value they bring to students that, among other things, implies the internationalization of the educational experience, providing opportunities to participate in research, learning throughout life, as well as the availability of reliable partner relations with leading representatives of industry and business.
Then the Plenary session “Challenge for Universities: changing labor market” was held, the speakers of which were the leaders of educational, business and government organizations, researchers and employers:

In conclusion, the Panel discussion “Formation of industrial-academic ecosystem”was held.
Leaders of educational and public organizations, researchers, employers and participants of the forum shared their experience and took part in discussions, exchange and generation of innovative ideas on how educational institutions can cope with new challenges.
