Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University is one of the oldest and known higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It keeps and confirms the high positions in training of specialists, and scientific and pedagogical staff for all branches, including health and safety.
According to the new educational concept to which passed all higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, in the department «Mine aerology and labor safety» students are trained in the specialty of bachelor degree 6В11201 «Life safety and environmental protection» and masters degree 7M11201 «Life safety and environmental protection».
The department «Mine aerology and labor safety» is in the first place on a rating of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the last years, and is on the leading place in the Republic of Kazakhstan.The department «Mine aerology and labor safety» tries to achieve high positions in forming internationally acceptable educatinal and scientific staff, uniting experts and students of the various countries.
The main task of the department is preparing the competitive staff. The department makes the contribution to intellectual and professional development of society by training specialists with education of new generation.
The goal of the department is preparation and graduation of a highly-qualified and demanded personnel for all branches of a national economy, for governmental authorities in the field of labor safety, the research organizations, colleges and the higher education institutions, prepared to perform work in production cycle of the country.
Task of the department is ensuring teaching of subject matters with application of the latest technologies up-to-date productions, sciences and technicians.
