On November 15-16, 2017, the student activists of KSTU, having achievements in social, educational and scientific activities of the University under the supervision of the Director of the Department of youth policy, Chairman of the Association of student organizations of KSTU “Zhas Orda” Buzyakova R.R. have been trained under the programme of the seminar-training “Kazakhstan’s way: Mangilik El” at the base of library of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy in Astana.
The aim of the course is to bring up a new generation of highly professional and competitive specialists – socially active members of society with a high level of national consciousness, patriotism, historical consciousness and social memory, ready to be active and decisive action to maintain stability, independence, security of our state, able to build constructive dialogue with other cultures.
On 15 November, the participants attended lectures by leading researchers of the Library of the Nation – Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, professor Gaziza Telebayeva and Candidate of Historical Sciences Sagintay Berdigulova. Trainings and practice exercises were conducted by the staff of the socio-educational projects: Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate professor Kunsulu Issinova and Kunziya Umbetova.
On 16 November, the students were given the opportunity to attend lectures “Economic dimension: industrialization and society of universal labour”, “Ideological dimension of national unity, historical unity and high spirituality” and to participate in trainings, project work in groups and practical sessions in the interactive scientific-educational centre “Kazakhstan way”.
Before the ceremony of awarding certificates to the participants a meeting was arranged with the expert in the field of international relations by Alkey Margulan.
