30 September 2016, a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Older Persons was held from 11:00 to 13:00 in ‘Polytechnic’ cafe.
- Vice rector for EA – Alpysbayeva Nazym Amangaziyeva;
- Chairman of the Council of Veterans – Obukhov Yury Dmitriyevich;
- Chairman of the Board of Aksakals – Togaybayev Kaden Bariyevich;
- Chairman of Trade Union of KSTU teachers and staff– Aubakirov Nurlybek Mamanovich delivered congratulatory speech.
There was a concert program prepared by the students – participants of the creative groups of KSTU.
