On 10 February 2017, a round table on theme “Strengthening the role of Parliament and government as an important condition of Kazakhstan society democratization”, organized by the Department “History of Kazakhstan”. The students of Architecture and Civil Engineering Faculty, Mining faculty, Transport and Road faculty, Faculty of Innovative technologies, Power Engineering, Automation and Telecommunications participated in the event.
The senior teacher of department “History of Kazakhstan” Z. Nurligenova was a moderator. The students of KSTU read their reports. The main motive of the speeches were the issues of the world experience of democratization of the separation of government powers in the developed world and the history of the political evolution of independent Kazakhstan.
We will remind that on 25 January 2017, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan made a special appeal to the people. He said that the time for reform has come. Nursultan Nazarbayev is ready to transfer his powers and authority to the government, Parliament and authorities. After the reform project is ready, it will put up for public discussion.
