The meeting was held in the form of free communication. Microphones were available for speakers.

As noted by the speakers, it is happened so that the modern multinational family of Kazakhstan is the result of several migration waves, when entire nations were deported to the Republic in different years. Thus, only in the early 20th century 1.1 million people from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus arrived in Kazakhstan and in the 1930s in the course of collectivization 250 thousands of dispossessed peasants were deported here and about 1.2 million people from all over the USSR were resettled for the construction of industrial objects. The way all these people were able to settle down and survive is a huge merit of all Kazakhstan people.

Therefore establishment of this holiday is a tribute of respect and gratitude of all ethnoses to each other and to the Kazakhs who showed mercy and accepted these people as relatives.

The participants of the round table spoke actively and emotionally, told stories of their expelled, repressed families with tears in the eyes , unanimously expressed gratitude to the Kazakh people, who helped them survive and develop further. Students declared their own poems dedicated to the Gratitude Day, a student of group AiU-16-3 Silischev Danil gave a great speech in Kazakh language, which caused the admiration of all present.

At the end of the round table, the participants noted the important role of such meetings and exchange of information, the importance of moral and ethical responsibility and the need for partnership for the further development of all cultures of Kazakhstan.
