The survey APP

Survey of APP and Electric Power Industry

According to the educational program 6B07101 – “Automation and Control”, students are trained in 2 (two) areas of training:

– automation of technological processes and productions;

– mechatronics and robotics.

According to the educational program 6B07109 – “Electric Power”, students are trained in 4 (four) areas of training:

– electric drive and automation of general industrial complexes;

– electric drive and automation of technological complexes of mining;

– power supply of general industrial enterprises;

– power supply of mining enterprises.

According to the educational program 7M07101 – “Automation and Control”, undergraduates are trained in 4 (four) areas of training:

– automation of electrical complexes of mining and metallurgical production;

– computer systems of technological control and management;

– automation of the fuel and energy complex;

– automation of technological processes and production (within the framework of double-diploma education.

According to the educational program 7M07109 – “Electric Power Engineering”, the training of undergraduates is carried out within the framework of the program “Electric drive and automation of technological complexes” in 1 (one) direction of training:

– electric drive of electrotechnical complexes of mining and metallurgical production.

The department took part in the implementation of pilot programs approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan – implementation of SPIIR-2

Training is carried out on the equipment of the world’s leading companies in the field of automation SIEMENS, FESTO, MITSUBISHI, Schneider Electric using licensed software: WinCC, Genesis SCADA systems, STEP7 controller programming language.
