Education students of «Socio-cultural service» is in two directions:

– «Service Management in the Social sphere and Housing “;

– «Consulting Services”.

Education students of «Marketing” is in two directions:

– “Marketing in the industry “;

– “Marketing services’ sphere “.

UNDERGRADUATE

 Students, who have mastered the appropriate educational program of higher education, are awarded with academic degrees – Bachelor of corresponding direction (Bachelor of service and Bachelor of Marketing).

Training is on full-time, part-time form of training, as well as the second higher education.

Training is provided both by the state order, and on a paid basis at the state and Russian languages, credit technology.

 Tuition fee per year:

Full-time – 342 900 tenge

The abbreviated form of training – 180,000 tenge

Second Higher -180000 tenge

“Socio-cultural service» – a specialty that is very popular because services sector today accounts for a significant proportion of economic activity. In developed countries, the proportion of workers employed in the service sector, accounting for 70-80 % of the total employed population. Today, the service sector is becoming increasingly important in the economy of Kazakhstan, as it creates numerous jobs and making a significant contribution to the gross national product.

The specifics of Socio-cultural service, as an industry in system of social production consists in that here the product is produced that directly related to the reproduction of the human personality and of certain social relations. Socio-cultural activity involves kinds of professional activity aimed at building relationships in the sector of non-material services, leisure area and inclusion human into cognitive, scientific and educational activities.

Modern conditions require a completely new approach to solving the problems of development of socio -cultural sphere, an approach based on a new basis. It is to rebuilt and greatly improve the performance of companies that provide social services, improve the efficiency of their business operations, make services competitive that meet the highest requirements and world standards. To solve these problems, preparing “Socio-cultural service» bachelors.

Graduates of “Socio-cultural service “:

– make management decisions within the authority and carry out public relations, participate in the recruitment, placement and skills development of socio-cultural services’ employees;

– are able to ensure the operation of enterprises and organizations of socio-cultural service, are able to develop a strategy and tactics of enterprises and organizations representing the services of socio-cultural service;

– have the knowledge and skills to develop and implement innovative technologies in the socio-cultural services;

– have the knowledge of the organization and monitoring the quality of services of socio-cultural service, provide a system of measures to improve the quality of services provided by enterprises of socio-cultural service.

Computer and multimedia classrooms and lecture halls are used in the educational process.

Every year graduates’ fair is held. There are reviews of the high quality of training of graduates of the department.

«Marketing” Department prepares bachelors who have great demand in the market.

The purpose of a marketing specialist – to study the needs of potential customers, identify how a product offered by the company will meet those needs, where and how it will sell better.

The objects of marketers’ professional activity are industrial enterprises, construction companies, financial organizations, development and consulting companies, commercial companies of different legal forms, advertising agencies.

The purpose of program of preparing marketing bachelors, realized at the department is in training of highly qualified specialists who have complex knowledge of marketing activities with the skills of analytical work on the study and analysis of the market, capable of identifying effective ways of selling goods and services , and make important decisions to improve the efficiency of the organization in a competitive environment .

Many students specialty “Marketing” at the undergraduate find interesting and well- paid job. In this case, the students are mainly oriented to business activities, the ability to create and develop their own business. In Kazakhstan, there are prospects of development and in favorable economic situation in the country the opportunities of our graduates are almost limitless.
