In accordance with order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation № 640 from 06.06.2014 Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) allocated a quota for independent of reception of foreign citizens on training at the expense of budget of the Russian Federation.
NSTU invites you to study in a master course and postgraduate study in 2014 everyone who got diplomas of bachelors and masters of your University.
The list of documents that should be submitted to the International office by e: 630073, Novosibirsk, K. Marks avenue 20 to July 12, 2014:
Completed application form (questionnaire) with colour photo attached (see Annex to the letter or on the website NSTU in the section “news” www.nstu.ru).
A copy of a medical certificate about the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and AIDS, issued by the official body of the country of residence of the candidate,
Copies of passport pages through which a foreign citizen will cross the border of the Russian Federation, with period of validity not less than 18 months from the date of entry student visa (clearly readable page that contains the source data for the invitation)
Copy of the document on foreign education and (or) foreign qualifications obtained in the country of residence.
Copy of birth certificate (if any),
All documents must be translated into Russian notarized.
