Here comes the main holiday of the coming of spring, the eastern New Year and the time for the renewal of nature – the long-awaited Nauryz! And in anticipation of this joyful event on March 16, 2018 in 613 offices of the 1st Corps of KSTU the teachers of the Department of “Foreign Languages” Izotova AA, Ahmadieva.T. And Atkenova AS under the leadership of head. Chair, Associate Professor, Ph.D. Djantasova Damira Dulatovny conducted a festive event “Nauryz Meiramy – a bright holiday of spring!” among students of 1-2 courses.
Traditionally, the holiday started with the solemn sounding of the national anthem of Kazakhstan and the greetings in three languages ​​of the leading events of Kazbekov Daniyar, student of GRT-17-1 and Kabdenova Aina, student of gr. GD-16-2.
With a greeting word to the participants of the holiday, the head of the department was asked chair of “Foreign Languages”, Ph.D., Associate Professor Jantasova Damira Dulatovna and English Language Teacher, Representative of the US Embassy, ​​English Language Fellow, Master of Arts, Benjamin Taylor. Throughout the event, talented students of the 1st and 2nd courses performed on the stage. Every audience was greeted with a storm of applause.
The first masterfully performed his kyu on dombra – student gr. Met 17-1 Kizyraynov Beksultan, followed by a beautiful song in the Kazakh language were students of the TT-17-1 group Aytuvaryli Asylbek and the group RET-17-1 Otarbai Bakhytzhan.
In addition to songs in native Kazakh, students masterfully performed songs in English, Persian, Tatar and Uzbek languages.
In turn, students from Afghanistan talked about how they celebrate Nauryz in their homeland, which aroused strong interest, sitting in the audience hall.
The most memorable episode of the event “Nauryz  Meiramy – a Bright Holiday of Spring!” Was the brilliant performance of the Uzbek dance of student group TS 17-1, Kairbekova Madina.
No less touching with the Kazakh dance were the students of the IS 17-1 group, Shangerei Nargiz and Bayanova  Dinur.
Well, and what kind of Nauryz without a generous dastarkhan! At the end of the event, all present were treated to traditional Kazakh dishes (baursaks, kurt italkan).
