5V073700 – “Minerals” is designed to prepare professionals with the opportunity to work on the concentrators in the design and scientific research institutes. The scope of professional graduates are: design and operation of main and auxiliary equipments, complex processing of mineral resources, technology and the calculation of the selection scheme of enrichment, research, technological development and technology in mineral processing.
After graduation, graduates can work:
– Technology concentrators in non-ferrous, ferrous and coal industries;
– Specialists in introducing new technology to improve the technological parameters of the processed mineral product;
– Specialists in the departments of engineering controls to determine the quality of production concentrators and delivery of concentrates to customers;
– Employees in research and design institutes.
Upon completion of training shall be awarded the academic degree of bachelor of engineering and technology. Graduate prepared for postgraduate study.
