According to the ranking of websites of Kazakhstani universities for 2020, presented by the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA), the official website of Karaganda State Technical University is the second among 101 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, only Al-Farabi KNU is ahead.
Among top three leaders is also L.N. Gumilyov ENU.
In the national IQAA ranking, university websites were ranked according to 9 ranking criteria:
A – website dimensions;
B – content;
C – site updateability;
D – design and convenience in site navigation;
E – presentation of the site in the state, Russian and English languages;
F – number of visits;
G – the number of links to the site;
H – site speed;
I – the number of social networks.
At the same time, in terms of website updating and speed, KSTU is ahead, and in terms of the number of social networks, is not behind Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
