The aim of the project:
- To develop a frame of ICT qualifications for Russia and Kazakhstan based on European approaches
- To create a system of vocational ICT education based on European quality control mechanisms
- To create a network of training centers of computer education in Russia and Kazakhstan
- Dissemination of the results obtained in the course of the project, among Russian and Kazakh universities
