- From March 4 to 5, 2020, the first inspection check for compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard was held at the Methane Energy Testing Laboratory in the mining and metallurgical complex. The inspection was carried out by a group of experts of the National Accreditation Center LLP. The results of the inspection were found satisfactory.
- From September 28 to October 6, 2021, laboratory staff took part in a training seminar on the requirements of ISO 37001:2016 “Anti-bribery management System”
- In October 2021, the results of two or more laboratories were compared on their own initiative – an independent interlaboratory comparison between the laboratories of Methane Energy and LIUNG LLP “Tsentrgeolanalit” by products – coal and coke for the following type of tests: technical analysis (moisture, volatile matter yield, ash content, bound carbon). A positive conclusion was received.
- From October 26 to 29, 2021, the second inspection check for compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard was held at the Methane Energy Testing Laboratory in the mining and metallurgical complex. The inspection was carried out by a group of experts of the National Accreditation Center LLP. The results of the inspection were found satisfactory.
- At the same time, the scope of accreditation was expanded – the method of ST RK ASTM D 7582-2019 technical analysis of coal and coke using a macrothermogravimetric system was included.
- In November 2021, participation in a qualification check was conducted with the provider of NCA – RSE “KazStandart” to determine the content of the component composition of the gas mixture, a positive conclusion was obtained.
- During 2021, the following specialists completed and defended their PhD dissertations in the specialty 6D070700 – “Mining” on the basis of the laboratory: Rabatuly Mukhammedrahim, Ravil Altavovich Musin, Asylbek Zhanasylovich Dauletzhanov.
