Science Slam — is an international project of popularization of science, first implemented in Germany in 2006 Is an unusual and striking format of presenting scientific information. Having received popularity in Germany, the project activities take place in Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, and Russia.
Young scientists from across the country will gather in Almaty to take part in the battle of “Science Slam – Kazakhstan” – competition of scientists, which in simple language tell about their scientific pursuits from the scene. There is no place for complex scientific terminology incomprehensible slides and boring University classrooms. On stage will be the only ones who have a story to tell, and who knows how to do it interesting.

The battle will take place on 16 September 2016 the building Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation Almaty.
Applications will be accepted until August 25, 2016 and then You have the opportunity to fight for the MAIN prize of the “Science Slam – Kazakhstan”
