On March 28, 2017, at 11.00 o’clock in the track and field athletics arena of the city of Karaganda, the opening of the II Regional competitions in biathlon among schoolchildren and students in memory of Saginov Abylkas Saginovich.
The organizer of the competition was the Regional Sports Children and Youth School of the Olympic Reserve of Athletics.
The opening ceremony was conducted by students of the University – Karibayev Aisultan and Saduakasova Aigerim.
