Process of purchase organization on the base of holding competitive tender in Kazakhstan came to the stage, when participation in the contest declared with state and commercial structures is becoming norm and element of the development, which encourages raising effectiveness of purchase activity at the expense of:
•Simplification of the procedures and shortening duration of the preparatory stages of tender holding, such as search of providers or notification about holding tenders through mass media.
• Extension of partner spectrum and creation of clear competitive environment and equally comfortable conditions both for local and geographically distant suppliers.
• Keeping electronic inspection of the customers’ applications and offers of providers, which allow reducing the risk and ensuring the quality of the supplied materials, equipment and services
