5. preparatory courses for pupils 9 — 11 grades and students of secondary educational institutions, implemented in the Career Guidance Center of the University.
6. admission rules and entrance exams for higher and secondary vocational education for the 2017/18 academic year.
You can ask all your questions to representatives of Admissions, Professional Orientation Work Center, and you will also have the opportunity to do trial testing of pre-enrolling to courses of Preparatory Department that will help you to determine the level of preparation for the UNT and CTA.

Excursion to KSTU Museum
It functions from 1987, the opening of which was timed to the 70th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution and the 35th anniversary of KarPTI. The Museum exposition represents a kind of chronicle of the history and development of the University since 1953 to the present. Historical material shows Museum visitors the continuity of generations, preservation of traditions, active participation of teachers and students in public life.
Excursion in the E-reading room of the library
It is one of the largest in Central Kazakhstan. Reading rooms and season tickets, diverse collection and thoughtful information aid attracts teachers and students of our University, youth and intellectuals of the city and region to the library.
Excursion to TEPL ‘IDMR’ KSTU
Testing engineering profile laboratory, created in order to facilitate the promotion of international standards in research, development and deepening of cooperation with the international scientific community and industry.
Excursion to WPC No. 1
Established in November 2011, Working professions center of KSTU, which has allowed to raise quality of students’ preparation to practice, gave the opportunity to get their working professions in conditions close to production for specialties ‘Mechanical engineering’ and ‘Vocational training’, to use modern innovative technologies of metal processing.
