Biographical information.
Born in the city of Karaganda in a family of employees on October 22, 1951.
Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1974 he graduated from the Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute (KarPTI) with a degree in Construction and Road Machinery and Equipment with the qualification of Mechanical Engineer.
From August 1974 to March 1975, he was the chief mechanic of the UPTK base of the Karagandaselstroy No. 10 trust.
From March 1975 he was a senior engineer at the Research Institute, from February 1976 he was a senior researcher at the Research Institute of KarPTI. Since December 1983 – assistant of the department of “Construction and road machines” of KarPTI, since February 1985 – senior lecturer, since December 1986 – associate professor of this department.
From July 2001 to September 2008 – Dean of the Faculty of Actual Education of the Karaganda State Technical University (KSTU). From September 2008 to the present – Dean of the Faculty of Distance Learning.
In February 1986, a Ph.D. thesis was defended on the topic “Research and creation of manual machines with a dynamically balanced hydro-pneumatic impact mechanism.” The academic title of associate professor was awarded by the decision of the USSR State Committee for Public Education in April 1990.
In April 2010, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Scientific foundations for the creation of hydraulic manual impact machines.”
The area of scientific activity is the creation and study of hydraulic impulse systems in relation to manual percussion machines.
Published 132 scientific works, including 24 copyright certificates and patents, 5 monographs, 4 textbooks.
For achievements, personal contribution and merits in the field of education, he was awarded the bronze medal of VDNKh of the USSR (1979), certificates of honor of the akim of the Karaganda region (2003 and 2018) and the akim of the city of Karaganda (2008), the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013), a letter of thanks from the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2023), Akim of the Karaganda region (2016). Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2009), Honored Worker of KSTU (2023).
