She was born in Karaganda in a working class family on 18 December 1965, citizen of Kazakhstan.
In 1989, she graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, qualification “Engineer-teacher of mechanical engineering disciplines”. From September 1989 to October 1990 — design engineer of PKB Cvetmetavtomatika. Since 1990, she is a lecturer of the Department “Work and ICT”, Karaganda Pedagogical Institute. Since 1993 – senior lecturer of the Department of Technical disciplines. From 1996 – senior teacher of the Department of GTD and MPT of E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University. From 1999 to 2000 – head of the Department of GTD and MPT. Since 2001 – associate professor of the Department GTD and MPT. Since July 2009 – head of Department “Vocational training and basic military training” of Karaganda State Technical University.
In May 2001, she defended thesis on theme “Pedagogical foundations of technological training of an engineer-teacher of machine-building profile”. Academic rank – associate professor of pedagogy was given HAC RK in April 2003. Field of scientific activities — pedagogy of higher and professional education, methods of teaching technical subjects.
She is one of the winners of a competition of applied projects in the field of education on theme “Development of the social partnership model between universities and employers” in 2005.
In 2009, together with the staff of Department won the competition of MES RK for applied projects in the field of education on theme “Improvement of training quality of technical and serving work on the basis of social partnership”.
