Nowadays computer sciences are popular and rapidly developing fields of knowledge, due to the fact that human society of the XXI century is information society, 60% of the working population is employed in the information sphere and 40% – in the production of material goods. That is why the specialties “Computer engineering and software”, “Mathematical and computer simulation” ensure acquisition of the most prestigious, sought-after and highly paid professions: “The one, who possesses information, owns the world!”
Department of “Computer Engineering and Software“ is one of the leading in the training of specialists in the field of development and maintenance of computer engineering and software, automation of information processes, computer and mathematical simulation of computational and technological processes.
Over the years of its existence, the department of Computer Engineering and Software has released more than 3,200 specialists who have become heads and leading experts of large industrial enterprises, academic institutions, education not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan but also far beyond it – in the USA, Israel, Germany, Australia and other countries of the world.
