Since 2011 on the orders of the rector Department of the Russian and foreign languages became to function.

The objectives of the department: The objectives of the educational process are to improve student performance by providing improved quality of the learning process as compared with 2010 – 2011,reduction of absenteeism of students, ensuring improved quality of students knowledge on the basis of an interim certification.

The objectives of educational and methodical process are: to improve teaching methods of discipline based on the introduction of advanced innovative training, introduction of modern computer technology training, introducing new methods of organizing independent work of students, carrying out scientific-methodical seminars with discussion of issues aimed at improving teaching skills of staff; conduct linguistic workshops, carrying out work of “Round tables”, followed up by a report – Analysis of the workshops, master classes and open classes in the student groups. Research objectives are to ensure the growth of scientific activity of teachers, increasing the number of scientific publications, and increase the number of scientific publications of students involved in research, publication of monographs, organization and conduct.

The objectives of the educational process: the formation and development of Kazakhstan patriotism, tolerance for human rights and freedoms, and increase the number of students participating in cultural events, participate in advocacy at the University to attract Organize: The Day of Knowledge, Languages Day of the RK, World AIDS Day, Independence Day, Victory Day, Feast of Unity of Peoples of Kazakhstan. Professional development of teachers and assistants: providing professional development through training in facultative courses, various courses and internships.
