Strengthening of material base (opening of new offices, laboratories, equipment by the new equipment, furniture, sports stock etc.). The technological college by KarSTU has the educational-material resources providing preparation of experts according to requirements of the state obligatory standards. The technological college is located in the learning-laboratory case by a total area of 1727,41 sq. m where are educational audiences, specialized offices and laboratories, language and computer classes. Besides, students of college have sport center, a youth Palace,camp of sport-healthy in Karkaralinsk. Educational cases of college are provided by cold water supply, the central system of heating. Temperature parameters of the air environment correspond to requirements SN № 1.02.006-94″Sanitary norms of a microclimate». In all premises natural ventilation by means of window leaves, folding transoms, and as ventilating channels is provided. All educational premises, libraries, reading rooms have natural illumination. Artificial illumination corresponds to appointment of premises. Educational cases of college are equipped by the educational- laboratory furniture, necessary stocks. The area of educational premises makes 1727,41 sq. m that corresponds to the sanitary norms and allows to provide performance of curricula and the programs provided by the state educational standards (on SNiC on 720 pupils the area of educational premises makes 1300 sq.). With a view of improvement of quality of preparation of experts in a profile of college, creation of conditions for scientific researches work on equipment moderneducational- laboratory of offices, laboratories is constantly conducted. There are computer classesfor disciplines of information technology in Technological college: technologies of programming and operating systems (aud. 407), applied and the software (aud. 408), control systems of databases (aud. 409), the integrated training (aud. 410). Electronic training means, electronic textbooks, electronic testing programs actively take root into educational process. There are subject audiences on the organization of transportations and the organization of movement, technical operation and traffic safety, standardization, metrology and certification for railway disciplines and standardization. On CMC disciplines of power, automatics and telecommunication laboratories are working microprocessor technics and automatic switching, electrical engineers and electric measurements, electric cars and electrodevices function. On transport specialities it is used subject audiences on repair of road cars, safety rules of traffic, bases of building and operation of highways, devices of cars. Pupils of college are engaged in sports complex of KarSTU.It’s in one of the largest sports constructions of Karaganda (the area 3560 sq.) which has 7 gyms, 3 platforms for minifootball, a tennis court, sectors for jumps and power preparation. For strengthening of a role of educational audience and laboratory in increase of efficiency of teaching and educational process, definition of equipment of educational audiences and laboratories, competition on «the Best audience» is held. Winners of competition are awarded by reading and writing official documents and prizes. There is a buffet which is satisfied with requirement for maintenance of a fast and qualitative food of pupils and employees of Technological college. There is a medical room with corresponding equipment for the purpose of maintenance of free treatment of teachers, employees, students and pupils functions. Works physioroom and a procedural room.Fluorographic investigation of pupils of college, teachers and employees is annually carried. The big work is spent by trade-union committee on improvement of teachers, employees and their children. There is sport-healthy camp “Polytechnic” in woodof Karkaralinsk where annually under preferential permits teachers, employees, members of their families and pupils of college have a rest. In 2010-2011 educational year 8 premises of a semi-basement of 4th building KarStU are transferred college. Work on equipment of educational-laboratory base by devices, the equipment meeting modern requirements of manufacture, and also educational furniture proceeds.
